HOW WE ENJOY OUR MARTINI

2 oz Wonderbird 61, Dry, or Magnolia Experimental

1/4 oz blanc vermouth (we like Lustau Blanc)

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass and give it a long stir with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe, express a lemon twist over the cocktail, and rest the twist on the rim. For a savory note, drop an olive or onion.

GIN & TONICS

Classic:

2 oz Wonderbird Dry or Magnolia Experimental

2 oz tonic

Pour into a collins glass and fill with ice. Garnish with a squeezed lime wedge.

Spanish:

2 oz Wonderbird Dry or Magnolia Experimental

2 oz tonic

Pour ingredients into a wine glass or snifter, add ice, and add some fun notes such as a sprig of rosemary, a lemon twist, or black peppercorns. Sip and enjoy!

FRENCH 75

1 oz Choice of Wonderbird Gin

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part water)

Add ingredients into a shaker tin, snap it closed and give it a short shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with an expressed lemon twist!

NEGRONI

2 oz Gin No. 61

3/4 oz red bitter

3/4 oz

1 oz Wonderbird Dry

3/4 oz red bitter (we like Cappalletti)

3/4 oz sweet vermouth (we like Carpano Antica)

Pour ingredients into a rocks glass, give them a short stir for cubed ice, if you have a large rock, stir it for a little longer. Garnish with an expressed orange twist. Enjoy slow and often.

LAST WORD

3/4 oz Wonderbird Dry or 61

3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

3/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

Measure your ingredients into a shaking tin. Snap the tin together and give it a long hard shake with lots of ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

MANHATTAN

2 oz Wonderbird Cask-Finished Gin

1 oz sweet vermouth

1 dash aromatic bitters

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice to about halfway and stir. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe, and garnish with an expressed orange twist and/or maraschino cherry.
