Wonderbird Spirits is the result of separate but similar stories converged around one goal: to make world-class gin. Founded by friends who left behind fast-paced careers, Wonderbird was a deliberate shift toward building something meaningful, rooted in place and curiosity. What began as the pursuit of exceptional gin became a dedication to craft and connection.

The team began by looking to their surroundings and the storied soil of the Mississippi Delta. Through experimenting with regional crops, they found something unexpected: jasmine rice. Its natural softness and floral notes became the foundation of a gin that is refined, layered, and distinctly Wonderbird. After two years of development, Wonderbird took flight in the Spring of 2019.
