Our Gold Medal-winning flagship gin, No. 61, is made with obsessive attention to detail. A contemporary style gin with wonderful complexity. This gin was designed with martinis in mind but has proved itself a great sipper, as well. A versatile gin that can make any gin cocktail as well as any vodka cocktail - it just adds something vodka simply can’t.
Production Notes: To craft our base spirit, we begin by fermenting Mississippi Delta-grown Jasmine rice. Our approach, which borrows from traditional sake making, sets a beautifully clean foundation for layering the subtly complex flavors and aromas of the botanicals. We then individually distill each botanical to express them precisely and blend those single botanical distillates together to create an unparalleled complexity and clarity.
Drinking Notes: Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Fresh Meyer Lemon Peel, Black Tellicherry Peppercorn, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Bay Leaf, Red Clover and Southern Pine Needles.
Best enjoyed in a Martini, French 75, or sipped by itself with a citrus twist.
