This seasonally produced gin is the first-ever issuance of our Experimental Gin Series. Using the same Mississippi Delta rice base spirit as our award-winning flagship gin, No. 97 features the delicate essence of locally harvested Southern Magnolia petals (Magnolia Grandiflora).
Production Notes: To craft our base spirit, we begin by fermenting Mississippi Delta-grown Jasmine rice. Our approach, which borrows from traditional sake making, sets a beautifully clean foundation for layering the subtly complex flavors and aromas of the botanicals. We then individually distill each botanical to express them precisely and blend those single botanical distillates together to create an unparalleled complexity and clarity.
Drinking Notes: Juniper, fresh Southern Magnolia flower petals, Cinchona Bark, Coriander and Black Tellicherry Peppercorn.
Best enjoyed in a Martini, Ramos Gin Fizz or French 75.
