• 1.5 oz Choice of Wonderbird Gin (try magnolia - its special in a 75)
  
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  
• 1/2 oz simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part water) to 1 tsp agave syrup
  

Add ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
